In May, our team went to Ashburn, VA to decommission a 15,000 sqft data center. The process took over four days. We had eight technicians on-site. They shredded 13,802 hard drives. Liquid Technology utilizes NIST Special Publication 800-88 standards to ensure data is properly destroyed. Our team pulled 904 servers; then they removed 104 racks. Recently, New Jersey officially passed a bill that amends its data breach notification law. The Bill S-52 expands the definition of personal information. According to the law, once this information is exposed the company is required to issue a notification.
