Level I Technician - Brooklyn, NY
Description
In this role you will be sorting, testing, troubleshooting and inventorying various types of hardware (servers, PCs etc.) in a warehouse environment. Some of the equipment we commonly work with include Dell, HP, Lenovo/IBM PCs and servers; laptops, phone systems, routers and switches.
Required Skills
Experience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of a variety of tools • Moving and/or packing experience would be a plus This is a physical, high energy position. You must be able to stand for most of the day and frequently lift and/or move 50lbs or more using a pallet jack (we will train on how to use the jack)

Physical Requirements:
• Solid working knowledge of PC hardware architecture
• Experience and knowledge of basic troubleshooting
• Highly detail oriented and the ability to work with a sense of urgency

Description
Account Management • Work to achieve and/or exceed assigned goals Business Development • Ensure Pipelines are accurate and reported to management each Friday Company Focus • Work with Sales Support to ensure all paperwork required to schedule and close are project are posted accurately in Salesforce opportunity
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist with client site surveys for entire team
• Keep an accurate pipeline and update and complete tasks in CRM (currently Salesforce)
