2.Internet of Things Is Bigger

In 2016, we predicted IoT would be a trend and this year it will only get bigger. Forbes.com published an article highlighting how IoT will standout in 2017. The article explained that the value of the IoT semiconductor and sensors market will soar. The major players in the IoT industry will step to the forefront and the industry will be more regulated. Security for IoT devices will also be a stronger focus in 2017.

3.Seamless Integration

Google has done a great job connecting our preferences across devices. Other companies are looking to follow Google’s lead and keep us connected. New digital-based companies are making sure that their integration is seamless. The majority of new tech already connects to platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook. More integration promises for better efficiency.

4.Smartphones Become King

Last year, we predicted that tablets would be big in 2016. Unfortunately, tablets have not significantly evolved. Instead, many professionals are trading in their laptops for their mobile phones. This shift signals that businesses must plan upcoming initiatives around mobile devices.
