Per Scholas Giving Tuesday Campaign Raises Over 60k

Per Scholas is a national organization that has been advancing economic mobility for 25 years. Through rigorous training, professional development, and robust employer connections, they prepare individuals traditionally underrepresented in technology for high-growth careers in the industry.COVID-19 has left tens of millions of Americans unemployed, with Black and Hispanic communities being disproportionately impacted. This inequity is further magnified by the digital divide—roughly 1 in 5 Americans have no access to broadband services or laptops.

Since 2014, Liquid Technology has supported Per Scholas with over $1.3M through proceeds from recycled IT equipment as well as direct donations. This Giving Tuesday, Liquid Technology committed to matching up to $10k in donations to Per Scholas. Due to generous supporters, Per Scholas was able to raise $50,916. In total, with the matching campaign, Per Scholas received $60,916 in donations!
